Gordon R. Arnold
Chief Executive Officer -
Mr. Arnold was a member of the founding team of Sierra Monitor Corporation in 1979. He became President in 1984 and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Arnold has been a director since 1984 and is Chairman of the Board. He holds a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State College. Mr. Arnold has extensive sales management experience including structuring of domestic channels and international sales in Latin America and Asia. Prior to joining Sierra Monitor, Mr. Arnold held various supervisory and management positions in semiconductor and electronics firms with responsibilities related to quality control, production management and manufacturing logistics. He has participated in the management of numerous electronic product design teams including the development of mil-spec level instruments and microprocessor based gas detection systems. Mr. Arnold is a past Chairman of the Measurement Control and Automation Association.

Michael C. Farr
Vice President of Operations -
Mr. Farr joined Sierra Monitor Corporation in December 1983 as Operations Manager. He became Vice President of Operations in May, 1986. He holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining Sierra Monitor, Mr. Farr held management positions in Signetics Semiconductor Co. and Advanced Micro Devices. His strong production control and operations management background has sustained the company growth through multiple transitions of Enterprise Resource Planning systems as well as expeditious attainment of ISO-9001 registration for the company's quality system.

Stephen R. Ferree
Director of Marketing -
Mr. Ferree joined the Company as Marketing Manager in January 1990. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and BA in Molecular Biology from California State Polytechnic University. Prior to joining Sierra Monitor, Mr. Ferree held various sales, marketing and marketing communications positions in major instrumentation and process controls companies including Rosemount Analytical, Taylor Instruments, Hach and Beckman Instruments. He has participated in the management of various product sales and marketing teams for such products as scientific instruments, semiconductor equipment, gas detection systems and water quality instruments. Mr. Ferree is a participant in building automation industry trade associations including BACnet International and LonMark Americas

Tamara S. Allen
Controller -
Ms. Allen joined Sierra Monitor Corporation as Accounting Manager in January 1996 and was appointed Controller in March 2005. She holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin with an emphasis in Financial Management. Prior to joining Sierra Monitor, Ms. Allen held various accounting positions with increasing responsibility at Philips Semiconductors. Through continuing education and professional seminars, she maintains skills in SEC reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements. Ms. Allen served on the Board of Directors for Horizon West Federal Credit Union from 1990-1993.
